Account Sign-up & Costs:
If you are an individual and only need a single account, click here to start the process for creating a new account. If you already have an account but can't remember your username or password, call us at 1-877-322-6638 (1-609-631-8356) - we can help you. Or visit our Password Help page to have your password emailed. The same username/password works for local, 1-800, International, and Wi-Fi access locations. The rate charged is automatically determined by which access location was used to connect. See our sign-up form for details on plan pricing.

Internet access within the lower 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is 1-cent per-minute (or less, see plans for details). 1-800 dial-up access is available from within the lower 48 contiguous United States at 6.5 (six and one-half) cents per minute (or less). 1-800 dial-up access is also available from other locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam at 24 cents per minute (or less). Dial-up access, non 1-800, is available from outside the U.S. at 13 cents per minute (or less). BAMnet's Wi-Fi access is currently 12 cents per minute.

  Account Management:
Both individual and group accounts are managed through a web interface. Minutes remaining, password changes, or other changes in plan type can be adjusted via the web management application. To log in to account management, click on the Registered Users Log-in link which can be found in the upper left corner of this website.

Email Usage:
BAMnet does not provide bamnet.com email accounts. We recommend using free services such as yahoo.com, gmail.com, or hotmail.com addresses. Additionally, we fully support the use of your existing work or home email accounts through BAMnet's network.

For those who have their own domain (POP3 style email) using Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, or other POP3 style email package, whose SMTP server does not support "user authentication" for password protected access when sending email, we allow access to our BAMnet SMTP server.

Access from Cell Phones:
Most cell phones support analog modem connections such as the type of modem access that BAMnet provides. However, within the last two years, many cellular access service providers block dialup access. Due to the immense complexity of literally thousands of possible combinations of cell phones, data cables, infrared or bluetooth connection links (between cell phone and computer), as well as other variables, the amount of technical support BAMnet can provide will be limited. Visit our Cell Phone page for more information.
