BAMnet
Corporation ("BAMnet") provides Internet access
("BAMnet®
Internet" or "Service") to those persons who
utilize its service ("Users").
By connecting to BAMnet's modems, Users agree to be bound
by all conditions set forth below:

Usage of Service is measured in minutes at the rate plan you
sign up for. Such minutes are billed in one (1) second billing
increments. Only the first minute is rounded to the nearest minute. No
hidden or monthly service charges. Payphone
access is surcharged fifty-six (56) cents per call as per
FCC regulation (updated Oct 1, 2004). For those using
your cell phone as a modem, both BAMnet minutes and cell plan
minutes will be used.

1-800
dialup access to Service is available within the contiguous
48 United States at the rates specified during sign-up, typically 6.5 cents per minute or less.
1-800 dialup access to Service within Hawaii, Alaska, Canada,
Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands is available
at a higher rate, as per the rates specified during sign-up, typically 24 cents per minute or less. Local dialup access to Service is available within the contiguous
48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada at the rates specified during sign-up, typically 1 cent per minute or less.
All other dialup access (non 1-800) from outside the United States is available at the rates specified during sign-up, typically 13 cents per minute or less. Pricing is in U.S. currency.

Prepaid minutes do not expire provided the account is an active account. Accounts not in use for 2 years or longer will be deemed inactive; therefore, any remaining minutes will be expired.

Two
different Users may not be logged in, using the same username,
at the same time. If User wishes to have more than one account
billed to a single prepaid account, User must sign-up for
a corporate 'group' account. Account upgrades are permitted from single user to group user accounts.

No Users or business may resell or commercially exploit access
to BAMnet® Internet without
the written permission of BAMnet.

BAMnet reserves the right to deny any residence, business,
or other form of originating telecommunication connection
access to Service.

Users
who utilize Service via user name and password are responsible
for all charges incurred by that user name. Safeguarding one's
user name and password is the User's responsibility.

All
users hereby indemnify BAMnet from any liability relating
to non-availability of gaining access to the Internet. The
use of the service is at the sole risk of the user. BAMnet
does not warrant that Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Any use of BAMnet® Internet
for unsolicited bulk e-mailing (or.spamming)
is prohibited. Upon notification and proof of unsolicited
bulk e-mailing, United States law enforcement agencies requesting
specific dated log files will be granted access to such
files.
BAMnet
reserves the right to block any phone number's access to.Service.
